Agreement to PDLCs, T & Cs, & The Supplemental Terms & Conditions (STCs)
I confirm I have read and acknowledge all information, trade descriptions, registration and enrolment details, entry requirements, policies, rules and regulations etc. , as well as The Pure Distance Learning Courses Terms & Conditions (The PDLCTC), The Terms & Conditions and The STC (including its constituent policies, rules, regulations etc.), including The Undertaking Declaration Statement, where relevant.
I understand, acknowledge and accept the courses provided by The PTI Group are pure distance learning courses (PDLCs), and are not subject to registration requirements in HK, & maybe also in another country, and there will NOT be any face-to-face delivery of lectures, seminars, tutorials or group discussions. I understand and agree all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I declare all information provided and attachments submitted (if any) are truthful and complete. I also undertake to fully comply with all relevant laws, regulations and rules, including but not limited to taxation, and agree I would be fully responsible for consequences of non-compliance. I undertake to inform PTI Group immediately, if any of my personal particulars changes, and/or change in status to my compliance to any policies &/or document.
