The Financing & Capital Raising Professional™ Programme Online Exam & Assessment Papers Policy (The FCRP™ Online Exam & Assessment Papers Policy) governs the assessment of online exam papers, assessment papers (including projects & other forms of assessments) and answer scripts of The FCRP™ Programmes
Candidates are NOT allowed to disclose his/her identity, &/or User Account information &/or password, &/or any other information regarding his/her identity in the answer script of any online exam, or any other assessment, unless explicitly allowed.
Intellectual Property Rights
The online exam papers, any questions contained therein and answer scripts of course participants, including but not limited to all the questions and answers in each online exam paper, or other forms of assessment belong to PTI &/or IPMA &/or the relevant intellectual property or copyright owner. No one should be allowed to, whether by handwriting, through your computer, electronically, hardcopy or by any means, downloading, printing, copying, taking any picture, reproducing, imitating, saving, making a duplicate copy in any way, or in any format, or using any tool, distributing, disseminating, selling, reselling, renting, leasing, transferring, assigning, licensing, or sublicensing our study materials, online exam/ any other forms of assessment questions or answer sheet/screen, without our prior written consent.
If you breach the intellectual property or copyright of PTI &/or IPMA, PTI &/or IPMA reserve(s) the rights to pursue legal action against you.
Handling of Marked Answer Scripts
Marked answers will not be returned to the candidate. PTI reserves the rights and the sole and absolute discretion to determine the way of how the records of the marked answers will be maintained or destroyed, without any obligation to inform the candidate or to obtain consent of the candidate. PTI and IPMA expressly disclaim any liability relating to answer scripts.
Deemed Misconduct & Violation Activities
Failure to observe The FCRP™ Programmes Online Exam Paper Policy will be or deemed to be violations of The FCRP™ Programmes Online Exam Paper & Assessment Paper Policy and will disqualify the course partticipant for the online exam/assessment in question as well as ALL other online exams / assessment. Please refer to The FCRP™ Programmes Online Exam & Assessment Rules & Policy for the consequences for misconduct &/or violations activities.
The FCRP™ Programmes Online Exam Paper & Assessment Paper Policy may be revised from time to time on an ongoing basis without any notice to you, and is deemed to have come to your notice from the time the revised version is posted on our website, and will be binding on you immediately.
